A gentle but effective approach to treat muscle pain. I offer a slow-paced, high-quality and personalized treatment. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and inviting. The focus is pain relief from muscular spasms, strains and other soft-tissue injuries. You will be given a verbal evaluation, a trigger point assessment and treated for pain relief. Moderate pressure is used during sessions. Specialties include maternity and kids as well. If this is for you, I can’t wait to meet you.

Find relief for severe muscle pain or injury. Neuromuscular Massage Therapy is designed for rehabilitation of the body. If you have muscle tension pain such as muscle-tension induced sciatica, severe neck pain (torticollis), tension headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome and more these manual therapy techniques have excellent results.

Receive compassionate manual therapy techniques to calm the mind and eliminate physical discomforts. Treatments for the following : uterine massage and pelvic massage for fertility and/or painful menstruation. Pregnancy-related sciatica, lower back pain and swelling. Postpartum recovery for c-section surgery as well as vaginal birth. External pelvic floor muscle release. Manual therapy for severe pain from neck, shoulder arm and wrist and lower back pain muscle tension. Induction Acupressure Massage using to assist natural labor and birth (70% success rate).

Help your child with Pediatric massage therapy in a safe and professional medical office. Treatment for young dancers, sports or other activity related injuries. Additionally treatment for severe tension headaches, neck, shoulder and upper back muscle tension and nerve compression. Joint and muscle related pain from growth spurts and flat feet. Ages 0-12 years of age.
