At Lumina Massage we believe that compassion, quality in bodywork and heart-focused service is everything. We want to deliver a nurturing experience to each therapist that comes in need of support for their business. Our goal is to help local professionals confidently use our workspace and serve their clients. We are a small, independent and therapist-owned business in Miami Lakes, Florida since 2014 and have strong professional relationships and trust. We service local health care providers that want to work to grow their business or need a temporary space. Our current rental rate is $25.00 per hour.

At Lumina, We have curated a warm, welcoming and peaceful office space. We have all licensing and permits as a medical office in accordance to our local government guidelines.

Build your business at Lumina Massage with our furnished room rental. Great opportunity to work within a professional office space, must be open to sharing treatment room. Excellent opportunity for those that are mobile and clients prefer to receive service in an office.

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida State license
• Florida ID with proof of Professional Liability Insurance
• Must show proof of business paperwork including sole proprietorship, LLC or corporation.
• Professional manner and appearance.

• Leave space clean after use.
• Be considerate of noise levels and neighbors.
• Bringing in clients that are respectful of the space and common area such as restrooms.
